This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website operated by MilkyCloud.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are:

Unused

In their original packaging

In resalable condition
To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support before sending any items back.
Infant Formula Products
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, infant formula products cannot be returned or refunded once opened.
Only unopened infant formula products in their original sealed condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened infant formula products

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

Items not in their original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period of time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
